In November 2015 La Galerie Pangée came to life anew, re-baptizing its Belgo gallery Projet Pangée. Projet Pangée is the fresh and contemporary vision of Julie Côté (Master of Library and Information Studies/Archival Studies, McGill University) and Joani Tremblay (MFA Studio Arts, Concordia University), and is overseen and financed by Contemporary Art & Literature expert Pierre-Laurent Boullais, owner of Galerie Pangée since 2006.

Project Pangée is named after Pangea, the super continent that broke apart 200 million years ago to form the current continents.  The gallery showcases work by both established and emerging artists. Specializing  in Contemporary Art, Literature and Art Consulting, its central theme is exploration in all its forms. At the forefront of the art world, the gallery's mission is to offer a multidisciplinary context to art and culture.  Without representing artists - instead providing its space and expertise - Projet Pangée seeks to increase the exposure and appreciation of Quebecois and Canadian artists both domestically and internationally.
