The exhibition will feature 40 works from his earliest abstractions painted in San Francisco to the Rituals series of the late 1980s and the White Painting series done at the end of his life. Joyce Melander-Dayton

Aaron Payne Fine Art’s upcoming show, JoyceMelander-Dayton: NewWorks will feature recent work by the Santa Fe-based artist. The exhibition, which displays a dazzling spectrum of glittering beads, vibrant yarn, and vintage textiles (some inlayed in an array of wooden veneers), will open on July 9, 2010 and run through July 31, 2010. It will then travel to June Kelly Gallery in New York in February 2011. Additional venues are being planned.       Aaron Payne Fine Art is pleased to present a retrospective exhibition of the work of Margaret Fisher (1898-­‐ 1990). This exhibition will feature work from her earliest modernist watercolors done in the late 1920s on Cape Cod, near Provincetown, to her later small scale abstract works on paper which she made from 1941 through the 1950s.     Aaron Payne Fine Art is pleased to present the first one person exhibition of works by Stuart Walker an exhibition and retrospective he never had during his lifetime. During his short career, Walker exhibited with the Transcendental Painting Group, of which he was a founding member. Stuart Walker was born in Lancaster, Kentucky in 1904. This exhibition coincides with the 20th anniversary of the violent government crackdown against student protesters in Tiananmen Square, Beijing on June 4th 1989.
