DESCRIPTION

Peninsula Women’s Caucus for Art Exhibition – Boundaries

The universe is defined by boundaries. Where is the boundary of the universe? What is it? What are your personal boundaries? Where are your artistic boundaries? Peninsula Women’s Caucus artists consider Boundaries in this Coastal Art League Gallery and Museum exhibit.

In her painting Exodus Marian Yap considers “the biblical activism of people seeking their own boundaries to live in freedom”.

Alysanne McGaffey examines Boundaries of the Soul citing a Joseph Campbell poem The Old Woman  “As a white candle in a holy place, So is the beauty of an aged face.” to describe her painting.
