DESCRIPTION

This event is presented in conjunction with Intersection for the Arts’s exhibition By-product Becomes Product, which explores contemporary issues of materials reclamation, resource conservation and recycling.

Join the artists in this exhibition – lead artist Christine Lee, Russell Baldon, Julia Goodman, Barbara Holmes, Scott Oliver, and Julia Goodman – along with U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Forest Products Laboratory veteran research engineer John F. Hunt in a conversation about this cross-disciplinary project using excess wood waste to explore safer alternatives to working with toxic material.
