DESCRIPTION

This is offered as part of the Food Shift exhibit at Interface Gallery and will be followed by a discussion with Dana Frasz, director of Food Shift - an organization working to build a more just and sustainable food system by connecting the dots between food waste and hunger.

This is a great opportunity to understand the ways grocery stores are contributing to food waste and to learn about the how Food Shift is working to make a difference.
