Food Shift: Dinner to Dye For
Chef Leif Hedendal will prepare a delicious meal for participants while Sasha Duerr of Permacouture Institute demonstrates how to use the food byproducts from the meal (onion skins, avacado pits, carrot tops, etc.) to dye fabrics.
Everyone will go home with something they dyed during the workshop. $60 per person.
