Smartspace II is the satellite show of Smartspace @ San Francisco State University Fine Arts Gallery. Smartspace is an exhibition exploring art, science and technology in honor of Professor, Author and Director of Conceptual Information Arts department at SFSU, Stephen Wilson. The Satellite show will exhibit work from Graduate and undergrad artists' from the CIA department to show the legacy of Steve's teaching.

The name Smartspace came from Stephen Wilson's conceptual artwork about "smart rooms" which use long range RFID tags to identify individual persons and these rooms projects information and images that are important to that specific character.
