DESCRIPTION

In Situ, created by Fabienne Leclerc in 2001, started by joining up with the gallerie's association of the Louise Weiss Street in the 13th urban district of Paris.
After seven years in the 06th Saint-Germain, in Paris, the gallery moved in Le Marais in November 2013, before opening a new space boulevard de la Chapelle in January 2017.

In Situ - fabienne leclerc has the ambition to promote young artists in the French and International art scene, as well as to support better known artists on the long run. Many artists of the Galerie des Archives, created by Fabienne Leclerc in 1989 and closed in 1998, continue to collaborate with In Situ- fabienne leclerc Gallery : Gary Hill (USA), Mark Dion (USA), Patrick Corillon (Belgium), Patrick Van Caeckenbergh (Belgium), Lynne Cohen (USA), Andrea Blum (USA), Florence Paradeis (France).
From 2001, new artists have joined up with the gallery: Bruno Perramant (France), Damien Deroubaix (France), Laurent Tixador (France), Renaud Auguste-Dormeuil (France), Joana Hadjithomas et Khalil Joreige (Lebanon),Noritoshi Hirakawa (Japan), The Blue Noses (Russia), Patrick Tosani (France), Martin Dammann (Germany) ,Meschac Gaba (Benin), Marcel Van Eeden (Netherlands) and since 2014 Otobong Nkanga (Nigeria) Athi-Patra Ruga (South Africa), Vivien Roubaud (France), Dominique Zinkpè (Benin) and Lars Fredrikson Estate (Sweden).

In Situ - fabienne leclerc keeps working on showing, producing works for the gallery and museums, editing catalogs and artist books.


In Situ - fabienne leclerc à l'ambition de promouvoir de jeunes artistes de la scène Française et Internationale, ainsi que d'accompagner des projets d'artistes plus établis. De nombreux artistes de la Galerie des Archives, première galerie ouverte par Fabienne Leclerc, continuent de collaborer avec In Situ : Gary Hill (USA), Mark Dion (USA), Patrick Corillon (Belgium), Patrick Van Caeckenbergh (Belgique), Lynne Cohen (USA), Andrea Blum (USA), Florence Paradeis (France).
