Gabriel Elizondo founded GE Gallery in 2006. The gallery prides itself on its dedication of mid carrer artist living and working abroad as well as Mexican artist working internationally. Its program is based on figurative and abstract painting, photography and multidisciplinary media: Since 2013 the gallery has internationalized, increasing it fair participations in Mexico with ZONA MACO and abroad with VoltaNY and Pinta, collaborations with high career artist and institutions. The gallery compromises and supports the future of its artists, the legacy of the arts in general and the evolving practice of established artists with the wide-ranging potential of new talents.
Their most recent project focuses on off-site exhibitions and popup gallery shows to extend a legacy of participation and representation beyond the gallery spaces, working with institutions, curators and artists to present new initiatives internationally.
GE Gallery has succeeded in directing a strong, vibrant program that continues to win the support and interest of collectors locally and worldwide. More than just a gallery, GE Gallery is a bastion for the arts in the region and supports many artistic endeavors, institutions, as well as demonstrating significant loyalty to its artists. Its beautiful space located in the neighborhood of downtown of Garza García in Mexico is also an architectural project offering 326 square meters to artists, collectors and visitors.
