Founded by Belgian dealer David De Buck, De Buck Gallery is dedicated to showcasing an international roster of emerging and mid-career contemporary artists whose diverse practices include painting, performance, installation and photography. Street art and new media are two of the gallery's primary areas of interest. Having recently moved to a prime ground-floor location in the heart of Chelsea, the gallery will expand its artist roster, reflecting an ongoing desire to introduce critically acclaimed artists to New York audience. Recent additions to the gallery's roster have included photographer Andrea Tese and conceptual artist Simon Vega, who recently participated the 55th International Venice Biennale. The gallery is dedicated to showing a wide range of cutting-edge artists, as evidenced by upcoming exhibitions of work by Zevs and Kelly Reemsten in Fall 2013, and providing a link between collectors and institutions in the United States and throughout Europe.
