Tintype: Irregular Wasps

        There is nothing more disappointing in art than an opportunity wasted.  I am referring not to pieces that don’t justify exhibition, or to galleries that leave treasures improperly displayed, but to artists who choose to leave their work un-named, opting instead for the anodyne “Untitled”.  My question is, why create a masterpiece and leave its existence unexplained, and, as such, open it up to either the “wrong” interpretation or, worse, no interpretation at all?  As someone...
