The Da Gallery, New York’s newest international art gallery, is proud to announce its inaugural exhibition: “Colored Glasses”. To celebrate the fresh 2010 Spring season, the "Colored Glasses" show features vivid, multicolored artwork in different mediums, including drawing, painting, photography, sculpture and multimedia. Twenty-four international artists come together to express the abstract fantasy and tangible realities within the context of aesthetic elements. Each piece focuses on the artist’s views towards current social issues in relation to their cultural up-bringing and life experiences.
"Colored Glasses” includes established and emerging international artists Fanny Allié, Diane Carr, Heejung Cho, Adam Distenfeld, Brad Darcy, Yasemin Kackar-Demirel, Geujin Han, Hai-Hsin Huang (黃海欣), Meng-Ling Hsieh(謝孟伶), Robbie Huang(黃彥穎), Chong Tae Kim, KyungHan Kim, TaiWoong Kang, Andrea Loefke, Jisoo Lee, Lisa&Mike, Soo Im Lee, Sirikul Pattachote, Rebeca Raney, Saul Robbins, Miljan Suknovic, German Tagle and Jeremiah Teipen.
