Come learn about Ichi Sushi co-owner and Executive Chef Tim Archuleta’s adventures into the culinary world of traditional sushi.  Through entertaining tales, Tim will share his expertise on the history of sushi, how it has changed and his experience becoming one of the bay area’s top Sushi restaurants, as well as his tattoo tale.
