DESCRIPTION

Tour this summer’s blockbuster special exhibition Emperors’ Treasures: Chinese Art from the National Palace Museum, Taipei. Then, delve deeper into the life of the fascinating Qing Empress Dowager Cixi with children’s book author Natasha Yim. In a brush-painting workshop, learn the different painting approaches of the master ink painters and how they have been emulated and built upon over centuries.

Participants will receive curriculum resources, a signed book, a continental breakfast and light lunch.
