DESCRIPTION

The Taoist Yin form of yoga is a way to still the mind and support the body for a more comfortable sitting practice. With patience and trust, practitioners find their bodies more flexible and relaxed. Lisa Jansen and Valorie Beer offer postures to free the hips and lower back. Intertwined with the Yin practice will be guided meditation, affirmations and mantras.
