DESCRIPTION

Scholars and curators unpack themes and artwork from the exhibition, In the Moment: Japanese Art from the Larry Ellison Collection. Presenters include Emily Sano, former Executive Director of the Asian Art Museum and curator of Larry Ellison’s Asian collection; Matthew McKelway, Columbia University professor; Paul Discoe, the architect who designed Larry Ellison’s Woodside home and Zen teacher; Laura Allen, curator of Japanese art at the Asian Art Museum; and Tomoko Sakomura, Swarthmore College professor.
