Mechanicsburg, PA (Sept 1, 2012) – The Metropolis Collective is pleased to announce the opening reception of the exhibition “Maniacal Vinyl, Part Two” in the Hole In The Wall Art Gallery on FirstFriday, September 7th from 6-9pm. The exhibition will feature the creations from artists residing both near and far made on or of vinyl records. Artists with work on display include Casey Gleghorn,Pat Maguire, Danielle Charette, Charlie Hubbard, John C. Kuchera,Michael Harford, Matt Deterior, Jamie Matthews, Sean Matthews, Ralphie Seguinot, Hannah Ehret, James Krabiel, P.J. Gorman, Mark Demise, Justin Aerni, RT Vegas, Charles Eberlin, Dan Scheckler, Hanna Compton, Steve Berman, Holly P. Shull, Zach Rudy, Erika Gross, Drew Nowacoski, Sophie Lo, Susie Colucci, Lauren Pletzner, James Stickman Hart, John Firestone, Nadia Firestone, Jenna Edmonds, Radha Krishna, Leslie Campbell, Mary Peterson, Jeff Peterson, Judy Kelly, Donald Edwards, Donyae Coles, Brenton Good, Dave Kasparek, Daniel Finch, Kirby Heltebridle, Ayla Carli, Christina Varga, Tina Berrier and Mark May.


It is also the final month to experience the Sex, Drugs and Rock-n-Roll” exhibition at Trash Art Gallery, a themed series of works by artists Rick Prol, Paul Kostabi, Leigh Cooney, Mike Egan, Joseph Arthur, Mark May, Hucklebuckle Boys, Sophie Lo, Gaye Black, Danielle Charette, Casey Gleghorn, Liz Parrish, John Carruthers, Nina Isabelle, Luke Yocum and Nissa Greene.

Metropolis Collective is a contemporary eclectic fine art gallery and performance spacerun by a husband and wife team made up of Richard Reilly and Danielle Charette. Metropolis Collective is home to the Trash Art Gallery, the Hole In The Wall Art Gallery and The Stage Noir. The collectiveexhibits an eclectic variety of contemporary fine art (photography, paintings, mixed media, printmaking, sculpture, installations and drawings) as well as hosting musical and artistic performances.
