DESCRIPTION

On Wednesday, September 5from 6-8 pm Liloveve Gallery will be home to safety, an art exhibition featuring the works of Michelle Kim, Michael Slagle, Timothy Dowse, and Rebecca Litt.

Curated by Cassandra Young, "safety" explores ideas of actively seeking contentment and in ascending towards needing nothing. Each work initiates its own dialogue with the viewer, asking, "What do I need?" and "Where can I find it?" These questions are not absolved, but the works show the process of navigating through excess, want and desire to find safety, security and self-fulfillment.

This event is free and open to the public. For more information on the event, or to check out some of our upcoming classes, please visit us at www.liloveve.com or check out our facebook: www.facebook.com/liloveve
