DESCRIPTION

An unprecedented collaboration of street art and photography:  STREET ARTISTS UNITE! Photo Bombing Four Decades of Street Art Photography by Hank O’Neal (aka XCIA). Twelve renowned street artists have been selected to each “bomb” oversized vintage photographs by O’Neal. Iconic New York images include a Richard Hambleton/Jean-Michel Basquiat collaboration from 1982; a Keith Haring mural circa 1984; Richard Hambleton’s “Shadowmen” series from the early 1980s; and an unexpected look at Lady Gaga. The contributing street artists include Army of One, AVONE, COPE2, CRASH, ENX, Fumero, Kid Lew, Screwtape, SEE ONE, and BTA. In addition to the tagged photographs, each street artist will be presenting an accompanying solo piece.
