Eva Hesse: Studiowork

Through April 10

Like other artists of the 1960s, sculptor Eva Hesse (1936-1970) pushed the conceptual and technical limits of art. Organized by the Fruitmarket Gallery in Edinburgh, this exhibition presents rarely seen small-scale works, many from BAM/PFA’s own collection, that illuminate Hesse’s studio practice and capture moments of experimentation.

Gallery Admission:

Free for BAM/PFA Members, UC Berkeley students, faculty and staff; $10 – Adults (18-64); $7 – Non-UC Berkeley students, Senior citizens (65+), and Disabled persons.
