While largely a self-taught painter, Barry Grose studied briefly at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, and also holds a Master's Degree from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor's degree from the State University of New York.
Grose has most recently exhibited at the Aesthetic Eye Gallery in Chicago; Airstream Studios in Rochester, New Hampshire; the Anatomically Correct Gallery in Chicago; in the Around the Coyote Arts Festival in Chicago; Hilligloss Galleries in Chicago; The Institution For A Now Culture in Syracuse; and at Agora Gallery in Chelsea, New York. He is represented by Agora Gallery in New York.
Originally from New York, Grose travels extensively to promote his work and spends the majority of his creative studio time in his atelier in New York.
