DESCRIPTION

“A tastefully provocative porthole into the Psychology of Eroticism….

…seducing the gallery walls to erect a stimulating communion of the arts"

On April 28, 2010, the NYC based traveling art house, FerroVitreous Arts invites artists, fashionistas, musicians & connoisseurs, friends and members of the press to the risqué reprisal of their wildly acclaimed Psychology Of Eroticism” group art demonstration. (This time, joining forces with the provocative fantasyland of fashion label, Lolli Popitt, who co-produce the event).

Illuminating the treatment of sexual iconography- quite appropriately, the show will take place at the swanky chic venue, Amalia, 204 West 55th Street from 8-11pm.

FerroVitreous will test their limits by cross-collaborating several other facets within the creative realm.  In addition to displaying fine arts of a select group of 10 emerging painters, sculptors & photographers, with the help of renowned event producer, Steve Leff of LCC Productions, they will also break down the standard gallery walls in order to create an all out art expo!  Some of the evening’s eye-candy will include, Lolli Popitt, headlining the soiree with a live installation of steamy fashion models (hair & makeup design by Abby Ballin & Dana James), a nude body painting exhibit, a performance by Genius Entertainment Recording Artist, Lady Life, a performance by the new band, IV, dj Loli spinning from her very own LoliLand, Sha James performing live from his new album: The New Hope, acclaimed djs Eric Johnson & Damien Kabbaz, a performance by the absinthe minded band, Reese Van Riper, a dirty encounter with band, The Dirty Pearls, sultry interpretive dance by The Intimacies Project, distinguished photographer Robin Souma behind the lens & titillating Tarot readings by Seth Michael May.  Featuring Edward III NY Absinthe, SoNu Water, cupcakes, a hand carved ice luge provocateur by the sculptors of Empire Ice, there are even more enticements to come!

Guests will be forced to confront an inner voyeur & decide whether to keep their eyes wide OPEN or wide shut!
