DESCRIPTION

Master Piper is a new contemporary art gallery, in a beautiful space, above The Three Stags pub (beautiful), opposite the Imperial War Museum.

Master Piper is pleased to present the first solo exhibition at a London commercial gallery by Birmingham-based painter Graham Chorlton. The exhibition is curated by writer, editor and curator Matt Price. Opens 4th September 2009 and runs until the 3rd October.

With between five and ten commercial exhibitions a year, Master Piper exhibits some of the very best contemporary art from both emerging artists and those with more established careers.

Master Piper’s artistic agenda is to showcase technically strong contemporary art, in all its forms, in an environment which is less formal and intimidating to the viewing public than other London commercial galleries and museums.

Master Piper is at the heart of the flourishing Waterloo/Kennington art scene, so come and visit.
