DESCRIPTION

"Tunnel-Project 2014" , originally planned in an underground tunnel near the Waterloo station, has finally found its definitive destination in the most prestigious art gallery area of London at walking distance from Picadilly Circus, Mayfair and Oxford Circus.  We entered really in the "crème de la crème" of London's art, culture and business area in the very centre of London.

The physical aspect of the well polished art gallery walls has nothing to do anymore with the raw underground tunnels, but the philosophy continues.

A tunnel is a bridge between different worlds. It unifies worlds that in other circumstances would not know each other.  The idea of a tunnel as a connection medium continues. A protected area, a vacuum that in fact does not appear in geographic maps. A country nowhere that unifies different cultures and - with some imagination - an area without time nor historical references.

For this reason we have maintained the concept "tunnel" as a symbolic space that is going further than the gallery limitations and the display of the artworks.
