An opportunity to gain insight into the highly influential work of exhibiting artist Jannis Kounellis, whose practice has spanned over 40 years.

Kounellis is a painter, performance artist and a sculptor best known as a prominent figure of ‘Arte Povera’, a movement that emerged in the 1960s. Born in Greece, Jannis Kounellis moved to Rome, Italy in 1956, where he has lived and worked ever since.

Jannis Kounellis will be in conversation with Ziba Ardalan, Parasol unit director and curator.
