ONE National Gay & Lesbian Archives is the oldest active LGBTQ organization in the United States and the largest repository of LGBTQ materials in the world. Founded in 1952, ONE Archives currently houses more than two million archival items including periodicals, books, films, video and audio recordings, photographs, artworks, organizational records and personal papers. ONE Archives been a part of the University of Southern California Libraries since 2010.

ONE Archives is located at 909 West Adams Boulevard near the University of Southern California. The parking lot is located off Scarff Street.

ONE Archives also runs the ONE Archives Gallery & Museum located at 626 West Roberston Boulvard in West Hollywood. The ONE Archives Gallery & Museum presents presents exhibitions by LGBTQ artists and organizes exhibits of archival materials from its vast collections.
