DESCRIPTION

The artwork of both Gilah Yelin Hirsch and Elizabeth Bloom question
large concepts of humanity. Why are we here? What is true joy? Why do
we grieve? The idea of questioning is not only intrinsic to their work
but also to Judaism. The Talmud and rabbinic literature are evidence
that there is a historical need for Jewish interpretation and
understanding through questioning. At core, both of these artists have
the same insatiable need to investigate profound spiritual truths.

Opening on August 30th from 3:30-5:30pm.
