This year, Linus Art Galleries is presenting their second art exhibition of 2013 entitled Slice Of Life.  Artists from all over the world have captured snippets of their lives that range from the most intimate to the most public moments.  Curated from the themes Foreign Images, Fork & Knife, Hit The Road, Urban, and Style, this exhibition brings together a wide variety of styles, mediums, and subjects for visual delight.

The opening reception will be held Friday April 26, 2013 at Linus Galleries, 545 S. Raymond Ave, Pasadena CA 91105 from 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM.  It is free to attend and there will be a live painting demonstration by artist Theresa VandenbergDonche.  Past live artists include Steve Rude (Nude But Not Rude June 2012), Shari Cerney (Life: Real and Imagined August 2012), Robin Hextrum (Bits and Pieces October 2012), Dan Pyle (Emanation February 2013).  For the first time at Linus Galleries, the reception will feature live musical performances by Iceplants and Golden Bear of the West.  Slice Of Life will be viewable by appointment the following week, April 27 to May 5, 2013.

This an amazing opportunity to view fresh and inspired art as well as to meet some of the artists showcased in the exhibition.
