DESCRIPTION

The Venice studio celebration of Ed Moses’ 85th birthday in April 2011 provided a perfect curatorial opportunity for a “then and now” snapshot of LA’s art scene, proceeding from the mid-1950’s to present. The exhibition of work by those in attendance reveals a cross-generational perspective on the friendships, influences and shared histories that comprise a significant aspect of LA’s artistic ecosystem.
