OJO is a Los Angeles-based performance, art, and music collaborative founded in 2005 by Joshua Aster, Chris Avitabile, Justin Cole, Moises Medina, Eamon Ore-Giron, and Brenna Youngblood. OJO has exhibited and preformed at LA><ART, Los Angeles; A+D Museum, Los Angeles; Lizabeth Oliveria Gallery, Los Angeles; Queens Nails Annex, San Francisco; The Museum of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles; The Studio Museum, Harlem, New York; and The Norton Simon Museum, Pasadena among others. In 2010, OJO released Ocean View Estate, the first studio album featuring all six members, and launched OJO Records, an independent boutique record label. OJO is currently in residency at Los Angeles Contemporary Exhibitions as part of its Los Angeles Goes Live program, an initiative of the Getty Institute's Pacific Standard Time, culminating in a live performance and record release at LACE in January 2012.
