WPA is please to announce a new solo show by Terri Phillips.

The Bloody Pond is a group of sculptures inspired by the American Civil War battle of Shiloh which took place in Southwestern Tennessee 1n 1862. It was the bloodiest battle in US history up to that time. The dying and wounded soldiers and their horses stained the waters blood red years ago.

This is Phillips' second solo show with WPA. She has shown internationally and her work has been written about in Art Forum.

A graduate of CalArts, she will be joining the faculty at the Memphis College of Art in the spring.
