Consideration & Distribution

I’m asking you to give me an object that has value to you. In exchange, I will give you a 9x12” unframed ink drawing of your object. Your object will be displayed as part of this installation. I will mail you your drawing, but your object will not be returned to you. As this project progresses I will distribute the objects on display around the Glendale area, geo-tagging them and posting the coordinates on the project’s website:

Please respect these limited restrictions on objects you send me:

No living objects

No perishable or hazardous objects

No objects over 20lbs and/or bigger than a microwave


Please answer the question “What is the value of this object?” either with the postcard provided, or with a separate sheet of paper, and include your answer with your object.


If you would like to drop off your object in person, I will be available in this space, making drawings, and discussing this project with visitors on the following dates:
