DESCRIPTION

Bellrock Media is pleased to announce "Just A Feeling Of Awe" Aleve Mei Loh's first solo exhibition open to the public in Los Angeles. The exhibition will feature over 30 works, including several of the artists signature “crush art” pieces, a piece from the Kellan Lutz / Samuel L. Jackson movie “The Killing Game” and a ceiling installation created on site.

"Right before the moment of collision and also the precise moment of impact you are hurled into another reality, a focus rarely experienced in everyday life. Rather than viewing something like a car crash from a purely negative point of view I am investigating how moments like these when taken out of context of the norm can be transformative. The underlying feeling in moments like these is just a feeling of awe. With my work I am aiming to recreate for the viewer even for a fleeting moment the feeling of awe."     - Aleve-Mei Loh.
