Notification of juror results: Wednesday, March 13; artists will be notified by email or phone.

Hand delivery of accepted work: Friday & Saturday, March 29 - 30, 10am - 4pm

Shipment of accepted work: Must be received by Saturday, March 30

First Friday Reception: Friday, April 5, 5:30 - 8pm

Pick up unsold work: Friday & Saturday, April 26 - 27, 10am - 4pm

PAL reserves the right to reject any entry with incorrectly labeled jpegs. Each jpeg should be less than 2MB.

Exhibition guidelines

-Open to all artists residing in the U.S. working in 2-D in any media except film, video or installation.
-All work must be original, executed within the past 3 years and not previously exhibited at Pacific Art League.
-All work must be ready to hang with proper hanging device.
-All work must be for sale; members (above basic membership level) receive 70% on sales; non-member and basic members receive 60%.
-Size of work limited to 60” either length or width.
-All work must be labeled on the font and back with artist’s name, title, medium, size and price.

$25 up to 2 entries, $5/each additional entry


$35 up to 2 entries, $10/each additional entry


Paypal payments preferred. Setting up a Paypal account is free and easy: go to; use for the payment. Please call the office if you wish to pay by credit card; checks should be made out to “Pacific Art League” and sent to 227 Forest Avenue, Palo Alto, CA, 94301.

Shipping instructions (for accepted work)

Shipped work must arrive by Saturday March 30, and MUST include a $15 packing/unpacking fee paid via PayPal or by check to PAL, and a pre-paid shipping label with appropriate insurance. If these items are not included, your art will not be hung in the exhibition until we receive them. Please arrange for FedEx or UPS pickup at PAL on Friday, April 26, if the size of the box or crate exceeds 40 inches (any side) or 20 pounds. No peanut chips please.
