ProjectArt Presents: My Kid Could Do That
ProjectArt is pleased to announce My Kid Could Do That, a free one-day exhibition of seminal childhood works created by internationally renowned contemporary artists. Founded by Adarsh Alphons in 2011, ProjectArt transforms public libraries into vital cultural hubs that offer students year-round visual art classes taught by emerging contemporary visual artists and providing studio spaces for emerging visual artists.
Over the last six years, ProjectArt has created a model of change that can confront the national arts education crisis and impact youth on large scale. ProjectArt now operates in 32 public libraries in New York City, Detroit and Miami, with new locations opening in Los Angeles, Chicago and Pittsburgh.
