Frank Juarez received his Bachelor of Science with an emphasis on Commercial Art from Carroll College in 1997. In 2001, he earned his teaching certificate from Carroll College. In 2004, he earned his Masters in Educational Leadership from Marian College. Since 2001, he has been the art teacher at Riverview Academy (2001 - 2006). Spring of 2006, he transferred to Sheboygan North High. While teaching art full-time, Frank has implemented three art programs, “Art within the Community” Patron Program, the Artist Lecture Series and the Raider Mural Club, that provides art students opportunities to showcase their talents throughout the Sheboygan community and to be expose to a wide-range of arts-related experiences.
Along with being an art teacher, he has been involved in local and state art organizations such as the Milwaukee Area Teachers of Art (MATA) and the Wisconsin Art Education Association (WAEA) and has held executive board positions in both. He continues to exhibit his paintings in Sheboygan, Waukesha, and Milwaukee. In the Summer of 2007, he founded the Sheboygan Visual Artists (SVA). Recently, he has been elected as the 2009-2011 President-Elect of the Wisconsin Art Education Association and was chosen as the 2009 Outstanding Art Educator – Secondary Division.
