Career Objective: Freelance artist, curator, and teacher.
I have several years of experience exhibiting and curating Postmodern art. I have compiled an exhibition catalog, I wrote the introduction, I sent out the press releases, and created national exposure for myself and other artist with a corresponding blogs. I have written art reviews and a feature article for an award winning news magazine. I have exhibited and I have taught art at The California African American Museum and the outreach program, Wanda Wallace Art Foundation.

Animation Magazine, June 2008 published information on the Wallace Arts  Foundation's Juneteenth Celebration. My collaborative group Articulation and
 Artitude donated their time, art, and curated a wall art exhibition.

My Publications     

 I wrote an art review on sculptor Preston Jackson‘s exhibition at the Chicago                      
 Cultural Center titled, “Majestic Heroines of the Antebellum South”
 It was published in the 3/06 edition of the award winning F news Magazine.
I wrote an art review and a feature interview with photographer Eleftheria Lialios titled, “Thirty Years of Art Making” It was published as a feature article in the 12/05 Edition of the award winning F News Magazine.


In September 2012, I taught an Andinkra Symbol print class based on the art of
Lois Mailou Jones for The California African American Museum Los Angeles, CA.
