Tiana Webb Evans
Tiana Webb Evans is a cultural producer, a marketing and communications professional, and an advocate for diversity in the arts. She is Founder & Managing Director of ESP Group, a boutique agency focused on public relations, business development, and strategy for the visual art and design industries. Before starting ESP, Tiana was the Communications Director at Phillips Auctioneers, where she was instrumental in organizing Paddles On, the first auction dedicated to digital art. While working as the Vice President at Nadine Johnson and Associates, she managed Andre Balazs Property hotels and The Standard brand, as well as the firms’ real estate, design, and restaurant rosters. Tiana worked as the Business Director at Studio Sofield and the account manager at EHKPR, and has facilitated licensing projects with furniture companies such as Baker Furniture and Waterworks.
Tiana launched Bridge to Design, a high-impact internship program for college students of color in 2013. In 2010, she acted as contemporary curator and blogger for the Global Africa Project at the Museum of Arts and Design, chronicled personalities in the arts community through her blog StooshCulture.com and was a founding member of Designer Black, a collective of young, forward-thinking individuals from architecture and design, fashion, real estate development, and related industries. She is a longtime supporter of the Studio Museum in Harlem and a member of the Studio Society. She serves on the Art21 Education Committee, and on the board of the Female Design Council, the Rush Arts Artist Advisory Board, and Project for Empty Space. Tiana pursued graduate studies at New York University and holds a Bachelor of Science from New York Institute of Technology. She lives in New Jersey with her husband and three children.
