I was born in Argentina. I live in New York.
I combine digital technology, painting and collage to create mixed media works.
I often work from vintage pictures that I manipulate with modern technology. These old images give my work a sense of history, I use them to illustrate the flow of time and to throw light on current social conflicts.
I believe that present social struggles remain from what came before and the role of the artist is to give society the tools to resist discrimination and to protest all other injustices.
