Being a lawyer my advice to you is obey the law of the land and be a good citizen. Being an artist my advice to you is never obey any law in the arena of art. Believe me, no one can teach art. By teaching art actually we are teaching techniques and in the process we are destroying the natural talent and capabilities. Can you ever teach "inspiration"?
If you are an artist, my suggestion to you is show some concern to your true inspiration. Never allow any "isms" or rules to cripple your talent. Art should be a liberated endeavor. So liberate your inspiration, liberate your dreams and liberate your artistic expressions. Also show some concern to nature. Show the world all human constructions are destructions of mother nature. Believe, we artists can really change the world.
If you are an art lover, my suggestion to you is love true and inspired art. Remember, "full many a flower is born to blush unseen and waste its sweetness in the desert air". Find out at least one flower and show it to the world. When you buy paintings, you should not call it an "investment of your money", but call it a "memento of your love towards art".
If you are a millionaire, my advice to you is, spend money to promote art. Because you may not be remembered as a millionaire after your death, but you will surely be remembered as a good patron of art even after centuries.
If you are an ordinary human being, my request to you is, love art and say some good words to the artist. You will be remembered by the artist till his death, because your words will be loved and cherished by him than a thousand awards.
Come we shall make a beautiful world through art.
