I am a UK based Artist interested in peripheral view, movement and the glances and glimmers of life. I successfully completed my MFA in July 2014, where my interests focused upon the mechanics of movement, peripheral view, implied stasis and the play between them. Since completing my studies I have moved my focus to centre more upon the forces we encounter; those that imply forms of movement, but which aren’t necessarily visible, going unseen; such as the tangible pressures we feel in our daily lives. My current research is enforcing these streams of interest and is focused upon Mindfulness, Eastern Aesthetics and my increasing interest in the Slow Movement and Neuroplasticity.
Since completing my Master last July I have focused upon setting up my own arts practice in Brighton.
My works are held in both public and private collections in the UK, Denmark and Austria.
