Statement

Reality is perception of Reality. Art is a perpetual replication perceptive. A renewed and continued exploration of perception. The enigma of consciousness, of perception, of what is perceived. Expressive impersonality. Intensity in attention, eternal calm. Return to silence, to origin.

Unique creative paradigm: with minimal action maximum nothing.

Interdisciplinary author. He approaches art from philosophy. As a way of knowledge, as a way of research. Member of AEAE (Spanish Association of Writers and Artists), AVAM (Visual Artists Associates of Madrid), SGAE (General Society of Authors and Editors of Spain), VEGAP (Visual Management Entity of Artists Plastics), AMEE (Spanish Association of Electroacoustic Music) and PROMUSCAN (Association for Promotion Music in Canary Islands).

Extracts critical about the work:

“... is aware of what it does and why does it... his painting has a lot of conceptual... knows that the art is a process, an elaboration of ideas... difference very well what is the space-appearance of what is the space-experience... much closer to the ready made duchampian that of action painting... breaks with any rhetorical sense in his painting for to objectify the explicit content of a motive for reflection...”. (Agustín Quevedo. DIARIO DE LAS PALMAS. Las Palmas de Gran Canaria).

“... structure of orderly disorder, of disturbing significance in its assessment and subsequent cancellation of the symbol, in the vast spatial multiplicity that creates... plastic ambivalence of refined ideation and expressive appoggiatura... multiplicity of themes and procedures, of similar or disparate elements which combine in paradoxical compositions...”. (José María Iglesias. GUADALIMAR, Magazine of Art. Madrid).

“... the artist's thought is complex: he tries to understand the hidden origins of the internal ideas that constitute the secret of art and its externalisation mechanism... the elaborate work would have to be understood as a metalinguistic product in permanent act of unveiling... is not a musician or painter; is a creator philosopher, above the music or paint...”. (Lothar Siemens. LA PROVINCIA. Las Palmas de Gran Canaria).

“... variety of possibilities that the painter arises himself and the viewer; all of them interesting and inscribed in a vanguard, that, without ceasing, finds new diversifications and terms to define them... quality painter, intelligent and prepared to explore a new way in the spanish contemporary art...”. (Javier Rubio. ABC de Las Artes. ABC. Madrid).

“... reminiscences of previous visual experiences through transformations that reveal a new vision... the artist makes, constructs, from the distance, from thought, from reflection... archaic presence, absence of color... dark work, silent, of an almost religious asceticism... no expression of reality but expression of ideality...”. (Luis Garcia de Vegueta. DIARIO DE LAS PALMAS. Las Palmas de Gran Canaria).
