Kathryn Miriam has been working in modern and contemporary art in the New York City area for over fifteen years, having held executive positions at top galleries and museums including Pace and The Jewish Museum, as well as the title of Art Concierge at the prestigious Four Seasons Hotel New York. She has participated at many art fairs around the world and has curated numerous exhibitions. Her writing on the subject of contemporary art has been published both in the US and internationally, ranging from an Art Basel Miami Beach feature in Irreversible magazine to regular posts on Paris-based blog Orpheus. She has been included in People magazine and has received press from Artslant, GenArt, Glenfiddich.com, Miami New Times and blogs including School of Visual Arts, Eighteenth, and Soul of Miami.
Kathryn holds a B.A. from Rutgers College in Art History and a secondary degree in Fashion Studies from Parsons The New School for Design and is in the process of completing her MA Thesis in Art History at CUNY: Queens College. Currently, Kathryn and her partner, artist Michael Sanzone, own and operate Kathryn Miriam Contemporary in Greenwich, CT with hopes to open a NYC location early next year.
