NORA AL-BADRI lives and works in Berlin. She studied art and political sciences in Offenbach and Frankfurt/Main and works with various media. Her background is German and Iraqi. She deals with the destructive character of humans and issues arising from war and peace. The flood of images in the internet and the intended and random propaganda of actual governments serve her as an infinite playground. At the same time she works with topics as desire and consumption craze and the daily insanity of life in the Western Hemisphere.
