Garett "GCAMWIL" Campbell-Wilson is a multi-disciplinary artist who displays a fresh and energetic style of painting which has caught the eye of collectors and touched the hearts of enthusiasts worldwide. Campbell-Wilson has exhibited a talent for drawing from the early age of 5, and developed an experiential self-taught approach the discipline of Art Making. The GCAMWIL process involves using a diverse selection of mediums and techniques, working with subjects which may be realistic, stylized, or abstract. GCAMWIL prefers to paint large while developing multiple paintings at a time. His flowing brushstrokes are confident and free, infusing a unexpected sense of range, depth of vision, passion and variety to the viewers experience. He creates conversation pieces where viewers are invited to share their multiple perspectives. Variety is key in his creative process and he finds it important to resist becoming restricted to one style or way of working.
