b. Georgia (1978), BA, Bard College, 2001; MFA, The School of the Art Institute of Chicago, 2008. Jill held adjunct positions at several schools in the Chicago area between 2008-2011. She moved to Atlanta to teach at Georgia State University. She has shown her work locally, nationally and internationally.
Exhibition highlights include: recent solo show at Museum of Contemporary Art Georgia, Nothing Ventured, Nothing Gained, Three Hours Between Planes, an exhibit of emerging artists from Chicago and Leipzig, Germany at The Chicago Cultural Center in May of 2008, and at the Werkschauhalle, Spinnerei, Leipzig, Germany; Steelcase/Coaslesse Exhibition at Merchandise Mart, Chicago; Solo exhibitions include: Illustrated Verses, Contemporary Art Workshop, Chicago; Psychodrama, Golden, Chicago: 12 x 12: New Artists / New Works exhibition at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Chicago.
