I work in multiple media and mediums. Materials and process are key.
Many of my themes are self-referential explorations. At times the work speaks of memory, loss and longing, expressing nostalgia for a lost connection or heritage. The imagery I weave into my art reflects private memories and symbolic events. I use many threads: photographs, news images, patterns, nature, found detritus and RUST. In my collages / assemblages / drawings, anything that strikes a cord or acts as an emotional trigger may become relevant parts of my work.
