Ryan M Schroeder is an American Artist, living and working in New York. He received his MFA from the New York Academy of Art in 2015, and BFA from the Maryland Institute College of Art, 2009. He has exhibited in New York at venues such as 326 Gallery, One Art Space, Art Mora, Flowers Gallery and others. Schroeder is a 2017-2018 Fulbright Grant recipient to Germany. He will work with the Heinrich-Heine-Universität in Düsseldorf to create a body of work inspired by the ghost town, Immerath.  He was a Guest Artist at Museum Insel Hombroich, Neuss, Germany (September-October, 2016). January-April, 2017 Schroeder was a Fellow at the Guttenberg Arts Foundation, Guttenberg, NJ, January 3-April 5, 2017. In 2014, Schroeder was awarded a generous grant from the Elizabeth Greenshields Foundation.
