Jodi Hays's work is a multi-diciplinary investment in the language of ceremony which she uses to investigate larger issues of isolation and identity. She earned her MFA at Vermont College of Fine Art in 2006. Prior to moving back to the south, where she is from, she lived and worked in Boston. She earned her BFA at The University of Tennessee and studied Foundations at School of Visual Arts. She shows and lectures on her work nationally and internationally.
