In 2008 Diego was introduced to the art world through an apprenticeship at the Academy of Contemporary Art in Monterrey. Diego’s rolodex of work includes a wide and diverse range in painting and drawing. Most recently, he’s tapping into the installation and sculpture venue. But regardless of the genre he touches all have the same common goal in mind - to explore the intricate relationship between art, love, and life. Diego has had the opportunity to display his public collection in art fairs, solo / group shows, and charitable auctions, as well as the fortuity to be picked up by prestigious private collectors. In less than 5 years in the art scene, Diego’s success in sharing his work with art aficionados has quickly grown and resulted in rapid exposure throughout the U.S., Mexico and Asia.
"Art is a violent passion. When I say violent, I’m describing the intense force of how I create, how I think, how I express myself and how I live my life. Every single drop of color used in my artwork helps to birth a connection between the viewer and myself, which transmits my sentiment and touches theis a violent passion.
